You can hear in the news reports and the interviews the lamenting over the destruction of their homes and possessions - the rushing to save their things. I understand this completely. But there is a message for us here. Our possessions are nothing. They won't save us. We are too concerned about them. We should turn to Hashem and shun the physical and nurture our holy souls.
