President Barack Obama “abruptly” walked out of today’s White House meeting with legislative leaders on the federal deficit, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor told reporters.
Cantor said he told Obama “we are far apart” on proposals to cut the deficit and raise the U.S. debt limit.
The president “got very agitated” and said, “Don’t call my bluff; I am going to the American people,” said Cantor, a Virginia Republican. Obama “shoved back from the table” and left, Cantor said.

Yea, and Cantor is a Shomer Kashrut and, I believe, Shomer Shabbat Jew who has been chosen by his Republican colleagues to take on the President even though Cantor as the House Majority Leader is second to Speaker of the House Rep. John Boehner. He is no Erevravnick. He is the only Jewish Republican in Congress at this time. On the other side is Obama's Head of the Office of Management and Budget Director Jacob Lew, who is also Shomer Shabbat and Shomer Kashrut. I do not know for sure if Lew has been present at these high profile tense meetings. I do not believe that it is such a good thing for two men who are easily identifiable as Jews to be antagonists at these meetings, for if all this fails which is very likely, they will be blamed.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how many doubles Mr. Obama has. I know that if Hussein had 16 or so, that the leader of the free world has to have twice that. Movies stars have doubles and stage names. I wonder just how much truly accurate information we know about the man presented to the public as Obama.
