The Alter Rebbe's Nigun
This holy melody was composed by Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi, the first Chabad Rebbe. The song has four stanzas, corresponding to the four spiritual worlds.

Beautiful and very moving&inspiring.
ReplyDeleteHowever, would the producer kindly use a different clip of our Rebbe. May I humbly suggest a video where The Rebbe is not seen as so obviously having a bad cold? (Sorry, but I honestly feel it would be so much more "bekovedig" to The Rebbe).
Thank you.
I have to admit I didn't watch it, I just listened while someone else was playing it.
ReplyDeleteBut that's the video that is being promoted.
I like him with a cold hes a litle lower then god
ReplyDeleteNo disrespect meant, but what exactly makes the melody (as opposed to the composer) "holy"? It's actually disturbingly atonal, when it's not being monotonous!
