Lazer Beams informs us of ''the third thing that Rabbi Yehuda Zev Lebowitz a"h said before he died [to Rav Shalom Arush]'' - the same warning issued by Nir ben Artzi in his weekly talk namely:
Beginning next week, there will be a sharp increase of shock in the world and severe hatred of the Jews!
I'm inclined to believe the last words of a tzaddik, such as Rabbi Lebowitz zt"l, especially as they were said prior to his passing, although I don't think he pinpointed a date, whereas ben Artzi has said it will happen this week. Ben Artzi has often been incorrect both with events and timelines - he is able to see things, but so far has not been able to give accurate dates for his visions, which caused many people to dismiss him outright. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. On the bright side, to date, most of his negative predictions have not come to pass.
And here's a similar warning from Rabbi Yehonosan Eibeshutz zt"l: "Yeisei V'Lo Achminei," meaning, let Moshiach come but do not let me be alive to see him [Sanhedrin 98b]. Rebbi Yochanan said that he'd give it the privilege of greeting Moshiach in order to avoid living through the terrible days of the Ikvisa D'Mishicha, which you can read at: Alone on our own at the end of Galus.
Perhaps this week will see some drastic events, but then again, negative decrees can be cancelled, as we all know.

How could thqat be the case -- with the change from Teves, which is the worst month for us i.e. one of the three months belonging to Esav, Shevat being the key change where Am Yisroel goes up and Esav goes down.
I suppose those among us who thru their actions attach themselves to the same mazal of Esav instead of being subservient to Hakadush Barusch Hu, chas vishalom participating in the coming fate of the downfall of Esav (europa) as well.

The problem with these types of warnings is they have a benumbing and even aggravating effect. How many time have we heard the excited warning from the Autistics? Now people tune them out. This is no reflection on Rabbi Brody or Rabbi Yehuda Zev Lebowitz a"h. Only to say many times the result is the "Cry wolf," syndrome.
I totally agree that Nir Ben artzi and those like him and the "autistics" are so anti emuna and only into themselves. What they say is not darchei Noam at all. Ignore them to keep your emuna.
