Interrupting my own break to ask you to pray for the Refuah Shleimah for Rabbi Alon Anava who is currently in intensive care in Israel due to an infection in his blood. He is now in a life threatening situation. Please pray for Rabbi Alon Yehuda Yosef ben Chana Miryam.

Tell him to take tons of black cherry concentrate-juice, eggs, yogurt, organic honey, yams.
Stick to lysine foods more than arginine foods, to build up immunity against infection.
Been there, so i know.
LOL, his wife is an absolute expert on health foods and natural healing so BH she will take extremely good care of him and probably already knows everything you have said and more. And BH that he is recovering at home now. He is the best of the best.
