Rebbe Nachman's Tikun HaK'Lali (Complete Remedy) is a set of 10 Psalms [Tehillim] which, when said daily, are of great benefit for all ailments and difficult situations in a person's life.  Rebbe Nachman advised people to say these 10 Psalms daily:

"I am very positive in everything I say. But I am most positive in regard to the great benefit of these ten Psalms."
"These are the ten Psalms: 16, 32, 41, 42, 59, 77, 90, 105, 137, 150."
"This is the General Remedy. There is a specific remedy for each sin, but this is the general remedy."
"Go out and spread the teaching of the ten Psalms to all men."
"It may seem like an easy thing to say ten Psalms. But it will actually be very difficult in practice."

[Rebbe Nachman of Breslov]

  4. Deborah, you don't even know how much you help people with what you do. My children and I are Noahides. Both my children have autism. My daughter, in particular, suffers great anxiety and insomnia from her autism. I have been teaching her to say the Psalms. Yesterday, she was spiraling into a meltdown when I convinced her to read the Psalms of the Tikun Klali, when she finished, she said that her heart felt much better. This guide that you just posted will be very helpful. Thank you so much.

As for me, Deborah, your blog gives me hope. There are struggles in my life (like in everyone's life) and I am raising my two children alone since my husband divorced me and started a new family several states away from us. If Hashem wanted to reward me in Olam Habah for not giving up and meeting my challenges, then I am certain half of the reward would need to be given to you. Your blog strengthens me, and when the flame of my nefesh is about exti guished from sadness, I can read your posts and then go back as a bright flame to love and care for my children and teach them about the Ayn Sof. If I have not expressed my thoughts well, please forgive me, I was crying when I wrote this because your post has given me just what I need to help my daughter at just the right time.

May Hashem bless and keep you, may He strengthen you, may your name be great in Israel, may Hashem guard your steps so that you are always protected from danger and may He guard you from the ein ha ra.

  7. Rebbe Nachman advises the General Remedy for all things are these 10 Psalms: Numbers: 16, 32, 41, 42, 59, 77, 90, 105, 137, 150.
You can say these 10 Psalms and add your own words for your own needs, praying directly to Hashem, no intermediaries.

  8. At least,I need to connect with a Kabballah/Cabballah.

  9. Joseph: Kabbalah is the knowledge of the Torah. For a nonJew, your requirement is the acknowledgement of the one God - Hashem - and to learn the 7 Laws of Noah and to observe them:

    1.Do not deny God.
    2.Do not blaspheme God.
    3.Do not murder.
4.Do not engage in illicit sexual relations.
    5.Do not steal.
6.Do not eat from a live animal.
7.Establish courts/legal system to ensure obedience to said laws.

This is the way to connect to God.

  10. Good morning Deborah.
Please about the ten PSALMS: does it mean it's for seeking forgiveness for all sins or for making petition for all things?
    I mean, asking for anything?
    Thanks.

  11. As I understand it, it is a remedy for all things [quoting Rebbe Nachman]. If you are seeking forgiveness from Hashem, then ask Hashem for forgiveness. If you are seeking it from a person, ask that person. The 10 Psalms help with problems and illnesses etc. If you want something specific from Hashem, say the Psalms and also ask Hashem in your prayers. Be specific when you talk to G-d, and also say the Psalms to relax and find comfort as well as assisting in all problems.

  12. @devorah, do the Psalms for finding a mate(Shidduch) have a specific period of usage or not?
I want to know if there is a specific time of praying those Psalms when looking for a marital partner or wants to locate one's marital partner. If there is a time to say the Psalms or they can be said anytime? For example, like praying them in the morning before you go out for the day's work or anyone of the day is okay?
    Thanks.

  13. Jossy, firstly I'm not the best person to ask, but I'll give you whatever knowledge I can. If you are a female a great time to pray is when lighting the Shabbat candles.
As for saying the psalms, any time during the day is a good time. We generally don't say tehillim [psalms] at night unless someone's life is in danger.
Saying it before a special meeting or date is probably a great idea.
Also the date of 15 Av is an auspicious time to meet your soul mate.
If possible say the psalms outside, when it is said that the living plants of nature pray with you, and also looking at the sky [heaven]. But saying them anywhere, anytime is always beneficial.
Hope this helps. Maybe someone else will add more info here.

    1. Thanks so much @DEVORAH.
First , I want to ask the reason why Psalms not be said at night except someone's life in danger? Because I usually say most of my Psalms at night, being the time I usually less busy and available to do so.
Also, may I ask , what are the Psalms for prayers when asking for a political position and that will be effectively answered? Secondly, what are the Psalms for God to take vengeance for you because a mighty man in position or a company wants to override you?
Also,I don't understand a date of 15 Available as used by you above. Kindly explain it.
The three Psalms for supernatural; are they to be said together for the supernatural results or can be said individually and still get the results?
I don't even know those supernatural things you're referring to that the Psalms(the three Psalms) are meant for. To suspend water in the sky or to effect a miracle in the body of man or to cause a stationary vehicle moving without starting the engine?
      Thanks and God bless.

  14. Night is the time of din [judgment] and you can read more about it here: http://dinonline.org/2010/07/25/tehillim-at-night/
and in other places, if you google the words ''can i say tehillim at night''.

The 15th of Av is a special day for finding a soulmate: see 15 Av Love and Rebirth

I don't know about Psalms for political situations - regarding Hashem taking vengeance for you, perhaps say the Psalm for success and pray for Hashem to help you.

Supernatural, I would describe as needing a miracle, something above nature. If you're in a situation where only a miracle can bring you out of it, for example.
