Most of this video is not relevant for us, but starting from 5:49 it gets very interesting, as this woman believes herself to be a reincarnation of Anne Frank.
Chazal have handed down that it is possible for a soul fof a man to be reincarnated in a woman and vice versa. But can a soul of a Jew really be reincarnated in a body of a non-Jew? How could that be possible? Unless this Swedish woman's "Mission" in life is to convert to Judaism? I therefore keep an open mind as to whether she is or is not a reincarnation of Anne Frank. It was said that the Arizal Ha Kodesh had the ability to meet a person and know that person's previosu incarnations and what his or her mission was in this reincarnation, but I am not sure if anyone alive today has that ability, perhaps a Hidden Tzaddik does? The book Sha'ar Ha Gilgulim by the Arizal HaKodesh has information on this subject.
As far as I am aware, a Jewish soul can be born into a non-Jewish body. Whether they choose to convert or not, is another matter. I think in a case where this happens, it is a form of tikkun where the Jewish soul has to live as a non-Jew for a period of time. But I am not an expert so anyone with more knowledge than me, please leave a comment.
Also, after the Holocaust, there were not that many Jews left, and subsequently many Jews were born to non-Jewish families, and had to convert if they felt the need to do so. I personally know of several such people, including one woman who was born to a non-Jewish family in New Zealand, and she told me that when she was very young she used to dream of ''nazis'' chasing her. But she had no idea what a nazi was ! Later in life, after she researched it, she realized that she herself was remembering her past life, and she did convert.
If this is true, how can my friend, who is male and not Jewish, consistently insist HE is the reincarnation of Anne Frank!? He is absolutely positive about it. Or is it possible that a soul can be reincarnated multiple times simultaneously?
I think that it is possible for parts of a soul to reincarnate in multiple bodies, but perhaps only the soul of a tzaddik, I can't remember what I learned, but here is the link to Shaar HaGilgulim - Gate of Reincarnations where all is explained.
And who was the original Anne Frank reincarnated from? Would her parents have known this woman's parents? Would the reincarnated Anne Frank's friends have known the same people as Anne Frank? These 'reincarnations' beg so many questions.
We have to be very careful, as there is a tendency for xians, so jealous of Jewish pain and suffering to try and expropriate it for themselves. The latest controversy is over the book by Kate Breslin, "For Such a Time", in which the author does just that (at the end of her fictional book the Jewish heroine converts to xianity, thus erasing the unique Jewish experience of the Holocaust. (See: http://sarahwendell.tumblr.com/post/125859299894/letter-to-the-rwa-board-regarding-for-such-a-time)
According to this woman's narrative, if Anne Frank, zatzal, was reincarnated in a xian, it shows that the Holocaust was not about the Jews, and here she is to literally embody that. (And just because someone truly believes something about themself does not make it true).
When I was a child at school, a xian girl gave me a book about a Jewish girl hidden during the Holocaust, who ended up converting to xianity. I was repulsed, but too young to be able to express my disgust at what this girl was trying to do.
Generally, we are in an era when the xian approach to Jews is to blur the distinctions, between them and us, both theologically and historically. There is no Judeo-Xian community. Rav Soloveitchik said quite clearly that Jews are an independent faith community. We have no need of any other religion. This is true of our historical experience too. We have quite enough suffering on our books without the need to expropriate the suffering of other peoples. For the xians however the picture is exactly the opposite. They have no religion without us, and have been expropiating our religion for their own purposes for nearly two millenia. As if that is not enough, they now want our history too.
If this is true then how could Frank's soul come back as a goy? If this is true than this lady ad her family must be Jewish but don't know it.

I believe most or all of those who perished in WWII were/are reincarnated among those born during and after the war.

Excellent comment, Elisheva. The Yiddishe neshama is unique just to the bnai Yisroel.
