  1. ''Not complaining'' includes things such as spilling your coffee all over your keyboard, banging your knee against the table, a cake that sank in the middle, the weather, the traffic, your nextdoor neighbour's loud music, an insult from a stranger, an insult from a comment on the internet, a flat tyre... I could go and on.... every one of these things is sent from Above. Try and accept it as a minor form of suffering and thank G-d that nothing worse was given to you instead. This is a very high level to try to achieve. I wonder if anyone here including myself, can get to this height :) Try and say ''Baruch Hashem'' all day. You may sound ridiculous sometimes, but try it anyway. Thank G-d for all the bad stuff and G-d will reciprocate by giving you a lot of good stuff to really thank Him for.

  2. It's true. Kislev is known to be the smartest in the zodiac and most generous and giving. Very loyal and usually with optimistic tendencies. May this Kislev bring the Geulah Shleimah and bracha for klal Yisrael, as it is the month of Chanukah which has great connection to the Geulah!

  5. It's very difficult to do but if you work on it, and if you're mindful of it, you can stop yourself [most of the time anyway]. Try it anyway.
