The Teshuva of Eisav

Rabbi Kessin talks about the teshuva of Eisav, and I have read on at least one other website that ''Eisav does not do teshuva'' and that Rabbi Kessin is therefore incorrect.  Here is some Torah from Rabbi David Pinto shlita, which would appear to confirm that Rabbi Kessin is indeed correct [not that I ever doubted him in the first place.... ]

It is written, “In the third month from the exodus of the Children of Israel from Egypt, they arrived at the desert of Sinai” [Yitro 19:1

An explanation for why the Torah was given in the third month: It was in order to prevent the nations of the world from saying, “If You had given us the Torah, we would have fulfilled it.” Hashem said, “See in which month I gave the Torah: The third month, which is under the sign of Gemini.

Thus if the wicked Esav wishes to repent, convert, and study Torah, let him come and study, for I will accept him.”

The Torah was therefore given in this month, placed under the sign of Gemini, in order to teach Esav that he too can merit it, just as Jacob did.

  1. Moshiach Come Purim Meshulash 5779

    https://ravberland.com/what-happens-when-moshiach-comes/

“We are now preparing the Yom Kippur of 5776, preparing the Yom Kippur a day of salvation of 5781 when the Rosh Hashanah will come out on Shabbos and Pesach on Motzaei Shabbos and there will be a Purim Meshulash, when there will be the geulah, then it will be a day for relief, 5781, so will the true salvation to Israel, which Daniel prophesized that this will be on two thousand and three hundred, morn till eve, 2300 years, which will end in 5781, the year of Israel’s salvation.

    The Rav continued:

“And now we are preparing in these same six years, and those six years from 5776 until 5781, these are years of redemption. These are years in which the people of Israel will do teshuva, the biggest criminals will do teshuva, because there are no secular people in the Jewish people, and there are no criminals among the people of Israel, and no wicked people of Israel.

  2. Related to the post and Rabbi Mendel Kessin's statement about the teshouva of Esav, I remember that Rav Yehouda Ashkenazi explained that Esav's head is buried in Kever Hamachpela with Adam, Abraham, Itshak and Yaacov !
Remember when the shavatim came to bury our father Yaacov, and Esav did stand there and demanded to see the paper (act of property of the kever), so everybody had to wait for hours...
Then Dan's son, who was deaf, asked why they did not bury his father ?
When he heard it was because of Esav's demand, he took his sword and cut his head... ans Esav's head rolled in the Kever...
A hint for Esav's redemption in the end of times ?
    I think so

  3. Believe that within the true bnai Yisrael, they are all good and, hoopefully, will all teshuvah. But there are many Erev Rav within our midst and that's another story. Their whole goal from the start was to stop the coming of Moshiach and have caused most of the problems for the bnai Yisrael throughout the millenia. Doubt whether they can do teshuvah!

  4. Certainly not Hebrew but as a message to the rest of the world...

Just the four letters of Esau can entirely form EU and USA and SA (South America) and are a big part of rUSSiA - essentially the entire Xtian world.

And of course USA is contiguously embedded in JerUSAlem.
