This definitely is a matter of opinion. The whole thing about the coming of Moshiach is the cleansing of the world of the evil and evil doers. This is not a personal vengeance of the Moshiach but it will be the vengeance of the Lord. All our scriptures and prayers tell us so. Also, am sure if the Rebbe was still here, his opinion might be different. Since the Chabad was left leaderless, we have seen changes that might not have been when he was here.
No it's an all inclusive blog, I have Rabbis and Rebbes from all corners. However the Lubavitcher Rebbe gave me a bracha to blog, and so he is special.
Would like to add that praying for the 'sinners' means praying for the Jews who are so lost to Torah Judaism that they return! That's the meaning of 'no revenge'.
