I just found out that a married couple I know were living in that apartment building that collapsed in Miami. Their bodies have not been found [yet]. The wife was a tzadekess.... and one of the things she always told us was not to speak Lashon Hara, in fact she would even stay home rather than attend a function where she knew LH would be spoken. If this is an example of the kind of person who lived in that doomed building, then again we have a scenario where Hashem has taken the best from us in a shocking way. Just like in Meron.
You know what I am finding quite peculiar? 8 weeks ago Yidden fell on the steps in Meron 6 weeks ago Yidden fell on the bleachers in Karlin-Stolin 4 weeks ago a Yiddishe family fell in the cable-car incident in Italy 2 weeks ago property fell in the sinkhole in the parking lot of Sha'arei Tzedek hospital(never mind it was Parshas Korach...) Yesterday - Yidden fell in the tower in Surfside FL
No - I don't know or claim to know anything. It just strikes me quite hard that in the last 8 weeks - things/people have fallen - and in bizarre ways...never mind it's 2 week intervals...
Hashem - please help your children return to You and do create even more Nachas Ruach for you as we literally have no idea what when where & why.
Hashem yerachem! We pray that the rest of the missing will all be found alive and will be well. This is surely the chevlai Moshiach, where so much tragedy and evil has taken place and seems to get darker and darker, r'l. We must hold on with all our might to the rope (chevel) and not lose faith or trust in Hashem! We must pray that H' hastens the coming of Moshiach with great kindness and mercy on His children and the righteous!
Please may we see Moshiach's arrival this year!!!!
