    You choose, whichever ones you want.
    You can do your age plus one: if you are 25 then say No. 26 because you are in your 26th year.
    Choose whichever Psalms you feel like saying.

    I think it would be appropriate now in this time of history before the Geulah Shleimah, you could add on Psalm (Tehilim) 83!
