"A soul like his does not descend in every generation, it descends once in many generations"
Rav Shlomo Yehudah Be'eri, known as "The Yanuka", born in 1988 - knows the entire Torah, Talmud, Zohar by heart. You can read a lot more about him here.
Video from today
ReplyDeleteRav Shlomo Yehudah meeting with the gravedigger from 'Hevra Kadisha'.
The whole conversation was about "lashon Ha Ra" the damage it does to klal Isroel.
The video is in Hebrew only.

are there any teachings from the Yanuka available in English\subtitles?
ReplyDeleteHere the Yanuka wows his audience by reeling off from memory dozens of the exact sources in answer to a question about the Halachic and Kabbalistic significance, Sefiros, Satan, sweetening of Dinim, cruelty of Sodom etc etc of dipping bread in salt

Wow, is it any wonder; he is a descendant of the Ari'zal.
ReplyDeleteHow can we receive a blessing from him?
ReplyDeleteYou'd have to go to Israel and meet him, but he doesn't do meet and greats, he is not looking for publicity, although he seems to have been discovered and is known on the internet now. He doesn't charge money for blessings or anything like that. If he would meet someone who needed a blessing I'm sure he'd be happy to give one. But he is obviously ultra orthodox, a Tzaddik, and would not be associating with females anyway, apart from his own wife.
ReplyDeleteI don't really know much more about him, and don't know where to find his teachings that can be translated to English. If anyone does know, please send us links.
Interesting that there's two brilliant spiritual rabbi's both named R'Shlomo Yehuda.
ReplyDelete(1) R'Beeri (descendant of Arizal)
(2) R'Rechnitz (son in law of Rav Belsky zt"l)
I'm curious if there were also brilliant historical R' Shlomo Yehuda's...
M.M.
For those of us that live in Eretz Yisroel how can we meet him to receive a brocha. Where does he live and does he have a yeshiva or organization or number we can call?
ReplyDeleteAccording to the article in Mishpacha it states "He married at age 20 and settled in Rishon L’Tzion, where he lives today"
ReplyDeleteFurther on in the article it mentions "Rav Shlomo Yehudah’s special-occasion shiurim in the big shul in Jerusalem’s Kiryat Sanz neighborhood draw thousands of attendees".
Just a thought. As per the information above,
*Maybe someone reading this and lives in Rishon L'Tzion or knows someone who lives there, can find out where he lives.
*Find out when these "special-occassion Shiurim" occur and attend one of those Shiurim in the hope that perhaps you could meet him or pass on a letter (Rav Shlomo Yehuda most likely will only see males).
Also does anyone know if Rav Shlomo Yehuda has a Gabbai? A Gabbai (assistant to a Rabbi) is usually the best point of contact.
Wishing you Hatzlochah (success)!
Anyone have a contact email of a gabbai for him
ReplyDeleteThat should say, all the yeshuot you need
ReplyDeleteL.L.
For those who don't know what yeshuot means, it is anything that needs fixing in your life [salvations]. Any issue you have.
ReplyDeleteThank you LL.
I took your advice and removed that last video. I actually didn't follow my own advice which is "if in doubt, leave it out". I should have listened to my inner voice, which is what the video was all about. The irony !
I didn't explain it fully. Rav Yechezkiel Tsemach, said that the Yanuka said that you don't have to go to the trouble of going to see him. The biggest segula, not really a segula but avodat Hashem, and the rav has been saying this for 14 years already, that anyone who wants to go to him to ask for a bracha, instead of going to the trouble to visit him, should do the following, and whoever does it has received a bracha from the Yanuka. Sit down and write your own beautiful, orderly tefila, lichvod Hashem yitbarach, with all the details, (of all your challenges) and write the most perfect yeshua you wish for yourself for each issue, the most perfect shlom bayit in the world, the children should be tsadikim, with only good teachers and good friends etc etc.
ReplyDeleteTake this tefila and read it twice a day, morning and evening, at ease, benachat, and aloud. Hashem wants to hear you, pour out your heart in an orderly tefila.
From the start to 2.05 Then he tells a story, cross your list off as you get your yeshuot. It is the consistency of the tefilla that opens a gate in shamayim.
The Yanuka said to tell everyone about this.

Recommend Rav Tsemach's shiurim for anyone who knows Hebrew. Sorry it's too long for me to summarise just now.
