Two times for Mashiach’s arrival and one is MUCH better

  1. I’m sorry but I don’t agree with the Rabbi this shuir. The Jewish people are a nation of their own, we do not share anything withers other nations. They are only supporting, if that’s what you really call supporting, Klal Yisroel for their own agenda, and it’s not a good agenda at all. I’m sure there are some who love HaShem and Klal Yisroel and support them truly, but overall they have a deep dark agenda for our people and it ain’t pretty. Trust only in HaShem!

For what? Exactly what has he really done for Israel ? His agenda is for himself, his bank account, the Country, and then maybe the people of his country. Where is all the, there is going to be hell to pay! I’m sorry he doesn’t finish off the job anywhere, he’s all bravado no substance.

    1. He is the most pro-Israel president of our lifetime, and Hakarat Hatov is in order.

Tell that to the boys still held in captivity or to the parents and family of those precious lives we all lost last night. I’m sorry no hakoras Hatov to this man. Mr. Trump has been in office for months now, still waiting for the “ there’s going to be hell to pay if they aren’t returned.”. That means all those precious boys that he has left there.
You get an award when you return our people, and stop those animals from doing it again. Trust in HaShem!

    3. Trump is not the president of Israel. You seem to think he is.

    4. Really? Do you not remember the end of his last term? When wanted to carve up Eretz Yisroel to implement his "deal of the century" or his version of the two state solution. He "gave us" Jerusalem so we would allow him to bully us into splitting the land our heritage and Yerusha from Hashem, and all for his own personal glory and aggrandizement so he could say he was the "president of peace". Everything he does is for himself. All the good the nations of the world do for us, is ultimately only for their own benefit. Am Yisroel is a nation that must dwell apart from the nations of the world ( Rashi, in this weeks parshat Balak). We don't need his "help". We only need Hashem's help, we are a nation of miracles.

    5. Don't blame Trump for going along with a "two state solution" when the whole world - including Israel - embraced it for decades. If Israel itself entertained a "Palestinian" state, then why the heck wouldn't a non-Jewish leader of a foreign country? Seems to me it's we the Jews who need to finally figure out what is our land and our heritage and our yerusha from Hashem.

As for "we only need Hashem's help" -- how do you think Hashem helps in this world!? You sound like the guy in the classic tale of the drowning man waiting for Hashem to rescue him. He refuses help from a fishing boat, a helicopter, and a cruise ship because "Hashem will rescue". After he dies and asks Hashem "why didn't you rescue me?", Hashem says, "what do you mean? I sent a boat, a helicopter ...."
When Hashem gives you a supportive president - Hakarat hatov is appropriate.

    6. That's my entire point....what you construe as "supportive" I see as underhanded and deeply manipulative. He stops us just as we are winning in Iran. Now he's going to stop us as we are winning in Gaza. Trump is big on public bluster, don't listen to what he says, watch what he does. Trump who is great buddies with the Qataris who host and support Hamas. Funny, how every war we won ( including 1948) was without any countries "help". We only need Hashem, we see open miracles everyday here in Eretz Yisroel, we do not need American aid which is just a noose around our neck meant to control and limit us.

    7. There's so much going on behind the scenes that we don't know about. I personally feel great hakarat hatov to Trump, and will judge him favorably until I see otherwise.

馃毃 BREAKING: The DOJ just told America that Jeffrey Epstein’s client list... doesn’t exist.
    No blackmail.
    No billionaires.
    No princes, no politicians.
    Just… poof. Gone.
Like a bad dream we’re all supposed to forget.
Then Elon Musk did what no one in power dared to do—
He asked the question that shattered the silence:
“So… then what is Ghislaine Maxwell in prison for?”
And just like that, the facade cracked.
She’s serving 20 years for trafficking minors to...
    an invisible army of nobodies?
    Think about it:
    Epstein’s black book was real.
    His private jet logs? Real.
His island, his cameras, his decades-long operation?
    All real.
Except, apparently, the people he was trafficking girls to.
⚠️ Pam Bondi said in February:
“The list is sitting on my desk.”
    And now?
    Nothing.
No names. No indictments. No justice.
Just a deep-state vanishing act worthy of Houdini.
馃搲 This isn’t about conspiracy theories.
    It’s about insulting our intelligence.
Every time they bury the truth, every time they say, “move along”—
they don’t just hide a crime.
    They expose a system.
A system built to protect the powerful.
    To erase their sins.
To make YOU feel crazy for asking the obvious.
    But this time?
    It didn’t work.
    Elon’s tweet wasn’t just a mic drop—
It was the sound of millions of Americans waking up.
馃敟 We don’t want wild theories.
    We want receipts.
    We want names.
Because if justice only applies to the powerless,
then justice is just a performance.
    This story isn’t over.
    It’s just beginning.
    And we’re not moving on.
    Not this time.

Journalist Nick Bryant explains why the federal government actively covers up the Jeffrey Epstein case:

"Epstein had cameras in all of his homes. Epstein was definitely a blackmail artist."

"The government wants to make sure that that does not come out. A huge part of our political system is predicated on blackmail."

"If that dark, malignant corner of the intelligence that is using blackmail against our politicians and other people, if they were using children, that would make the American people erupt."

"For that dark corner of intelligence, this is Omaha Beach. They're not going to give an inch."

"If you look at all the victims and all the perpetrators and all the procurers involved in the Epstein network ... no one's been indicted except for Ghislaine Maxwell."

"That really shows that our government, unfortunately, wants to stop it there."

"Why is our government aiding, abetting child trafficking unless they're protecting some very powerful people and a political process?"

"That's the only way that it makes sense."

After reading that my question is: wasn't trump supposed to change all this and show transparency??

  5. Hi, I hope y'all don't mind this off-topic request, it's just that I'm sorta desperate. See, this blog is my only connection with the online OJ world (as I don't WhatsApp), so maybe someone with more connections can put out feelers to help revive the following "Hishbati Eschem" song again? For some reason it was recently removed from YouTube, and I'd like to retrieve it, because it was the most genuine rendition of that song, without the artifice of current renditions.
Actually, I want it for the purpose of entertaining a disabled woman:
    https://i.ibb.co/tMKj7hrg/hishbati.jpg

Something else I'd viewed long ago, with kosher-entertainment value, but which also disappeared, was a series of situation comedies put out by a group of very talented guys (one guy was M.O., another chassidic, and the 3rd, yeshiva) who somehow got together thru an ad, and drove way up to the mountains to start a new community, along with all the comedy entailed in clandestinely scouting out the area. I was in stitches, as it was the absolute best I'd every viewed, without being offensive. As a sample scenario: One of them became an impromptu shadchan, with a cellphone on each ear, while sweating away in his car. Another episode involved a slap-dash meeting with the country-bumpkin residents of the area. Another involved their desperation to find a 10th man for their minyan.

  6. So...Trump may be a gilgul of Cyrus. I wonder then, who is Musk a gilgul of?

    2. I also think Trump is the gilgul of Eisav. Just off the top of my head, maybe Elon Musk, with his weird attachment to Trump, is a gilgul of Eliphaz.

    3. Gilgul? Funny, but the Gemara never mentioned that word. I guess they didn't know about it.

    4. The Zohar, the Arizal, Rabbi Chaim VItal and others talk about gilgulim. Dovid Hamelech makes reference to it in the commentary on Tehillim. Its a part of our mesorah...Xians don't believe in reincarnation, but Jews do.
