People across the country have been asked to light a candle at 6:47pm and observe a minute of silence, exactly one week on.
6.47pm was the time the shooting began last Sunday. Today is the 8th candle lighting, maximum light, it is also the longest day of the year here in the southern hemisphere. Again maximum [sun]light.
