I wish I could grasp even half of R'Palvanov's shiurim but alas, I'm feebleminded. The part about Ayeka, Eicha, and Cohen were interesting, though I can't recall why 25 represents a spiritual gematria. I note he made no mention of scalar waves, or vector equilibrium, which also are deep concepts.
P.S. I'm curious if R'Palvanov ever met the Yanuka. M.M.
In Parshas Bereishis, at "let there be light," light is the 25th word in the Chumash, therefore associated with the Divine Light, which I assume is the Ohr HaGanuz. The word for Chanukah can be broken down to be חנו כה "dedicated on the 25th." כהן he says is related to 25 (כה). I think he gave other examples, but that's what I remember. I'd like to add that even for people who love natural sciences, I don't think electricity can be equated with the Ohr HaGanuz, which is a spiritual thing. Maybe it is in some way related to electricity in the Physical World, but it's good to remember that the true reality is the spiritual, and the Physical World is just a reflection of the spiritual. And all the "Laws of Nature" are simply ways that Hash-m causes things to generally work in this world, to clothe Himself and to give us bechira chofshit.
I'd like to add that the number 8, so significant in Chanukah and related to the Ohr HaGanuz as Rabbi Palvanov discusses in this shiur, is the number of "above nature," which is really what Chanukah is about. The Greeks were all about nature but the Jews are above nature. Nature does not exist outside of Hash-m-Nothing exists outside of Hash-m. Miracles are when something happens that isn't according to the laws of nature. And Moshiach is going to come with miracles, and we will see that it was Hash-m all along, behind everything. Thank you to Rabbi Palvanov for another very interesting shiur, and to Devorah for posting it!
Hello, I have studied Bible prophecy since 1986 and I agree with you about the number 8, now allow me to observe the following:
On November 15th it was reported that world population reached 8 billion during this 2022 CE year, the significant digits of 2022, that is, the digits greater than zero are 222, and 2 x 2 x 2 equals 8, I do not believe this to be coincidence. Also note that the Gematria of Moshiach is 358, begins with a 3 and ends in an 8, and the first thousand digits of Pi begin with a 3 and end in an 8. In addition I am convinced on the basis of the evidence that there is a tight linkage between Netanyahu and Moshiach, so hopefully all of this means that the event we seek is right around the corner.
Before I sign off just remembered that we are now in the age of COVID-19, and 19 is the 8th prime number.

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked. "Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad." "How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice. "You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

8 represents the coming of Moshiach.

8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1 lamps X 30 minute spiritual window for each = 1080 minutes = *18* hours....
