Well, that should be an understood to any believing Jew!
ReplyDeleteOf course, only Hashem can help us. Hashem controls everything. I think that the President might be a help to
assist the Jewish people in our ingathering. He is pro-Jewish
and we pray that in these crazy times, he will bring back
some basic normalcy to the world, hopefully, then
geulah will come easier with chesed & rachamim for Am
Yisrael.
After a dozen years of mayhem, the 'new' President is trying to bring back what was normal behavior since the beginning of time.
Therefore, the unlearned and uninformed people think this good news is somehow connected to a Moshiach figure.
It does NOT.
But, it is good that there is a good friend (hopefully) in the
White House for the Jewish people and the country.
Maybe that goes on in E"Y where some of the populace may still be starry-eyed about the prowess of America and its leaders. They've become habituated to thinking that way.
ReplyDeleteBut all that's really necessary is to daven that Trump and his appointees should be blessed with Siyata Dishmaya. It doesn't have to be so complicated!

The issue isn't how Hashem brings the geula, it started with Bnot Lot, the issue is where we place our trust and emuna.
ReplyDeleteToo many Jews losing their minds over Trump, trusting in him, instead of Hashem, chalila, putting the emphasis on Trump, whilst paying lipservice.
Trump himself can go either way, depending on our emuna. The principle is that if a Jew trusts in anything outside of Hashem, Hashem leaves you to deal with it by yourself.
The geula can come today Be'D, without signs and wars and gematriot and celestial alignments and Trump. None of that is necessary.
The fact that we are going through such painful birthpangs means that it is a hard delivery. But it doesn't have to be like this.
The best thing is to be tamim im Hashem Elochecha, not trying to be too clever, with all the guessing and clutching at straws.
