According to the Jewish calendar, a second month of Adar is added in a leap-year. While Purim is usually celebrated in Adar, during a leap-year it is postponed until the second Adar, and we mark Purim Katan - “the small Purim” in the first month.

Wow, that was beautiful. So nice to see the Rebbe again, hear his voice, hear the Yiddish words, see those lovely children full of light. May Hashem bless all of us the way the Rebbe says. I miss him.... ever since he is gone there is nobody like him. Yehi Zichro Baruch, Zechuto Yagen Aleinu Amen.
