The word Hamas in Hebrew is חָמָֽס
It means "violence" or as translated on the Chabad site "robbery". It appears in the Torah several times, notably this week's Parsha. Noach 6:11-13

As nice and uplifting as these are, I wish we had signs that we are now about to enter into the awesome days of Moshiach. Even without hamas, the world is full of much suffering and other terrorist organizations. The only cure for the world to become perfect and without any type of pain and suffering is Moshiach. Please Hashem, let it be very imminent.

There are plenty of signs in the Heavens, if not on earth. Hashem has an arsenal of planets, the Kochav Yaakov, and so many other things happening up there, all ready to be put to use in whatever way is necessary. It's no coincidence that all this is happening whilst the visiting binary solar system is passing us by, whether you believe that or not, I feel that soon we are going to see incredible events.
That is true but these “signs” have been happening for years. I don’t know what type of incredible events you are referring to. The only thing we truly want and need is the Geulah Shelaimah. I will not be ok with just a miracle in this war and then “back to before”. I want Moshiach’s arrival very speedily. We’ve waited and suffered long enough.

When I see Israel being at war DIRECTLY with Iran, then I will know it’s gog u’magog and we will all know Moshiach is coming any moment. Until then, it’s just another war in Israel’s 75 year history of several wars.

We appreciate it but don’t understand how a video of an autistic boy named Daniel is proof that Moshiach is about to arrive. Especially an old video.

To shoshana and Batya: Jews don't need proof - we just have Emunah and Bitachon in Hashem because we know that our Creator is in Control of everything and we might not understand what is really happening. We yearn daily for the coming of Moshiach and in the meantime, Hashem does show us signs of his imminent coming, and those who want to see will see.
His thoughts are not our thoughts!
This is also why observant Jews do not go into the field of archeology because we don't need proof (of course, there are some other reasons, such as coming upon the bones of people) and the non-Jewish world needs 'evidence' of everything to know it's real. We have the Torah and that
makes all the difference.
On the pasuk "Maliah Chamas" see the Baal HaTurim--Gematria of Chamas (108)=Gehinnom, teaching that they were punished with boiling waters.
About the destruction of Chamas, see Yeshaya 60:18 (haftarah of Ki Savo)--"Lo Yishma Od CHAMAS B'Artzeich, Shod VaShever B'Gvulayich."
Hamas (and Iran) transmuted Simchas Torah into a day of Aveilos for Klal Yisrael. This was not merely a sneak attack on Jews (like the Yom Kippur War), but an attack on the Torah itself. The last words that Moshe spoke to Bnei Yisrael in V'Zos HaBracha were "V'Yikachashu Oyvecha Lach V'Atah Al Bamoseio Sidroch."-Your enemy will deceive you, but you will trample on their haughty ones." These words were being read throughout Eretz Yisrael while Hamas was perpetrating their horrors. According to Rabbi Bechaya in Parashas Nitzavim, Ishmael is the "Oyev" of Klal Yisrael. We saw the first part of this verse fulfilled in the starkest possible way; may we see the second part fulfilled as well in the very near future. May Hashem avenge his people and his Torah.

Not only is חמס mentioned in the parasha, but so is עזה (Bereishit 10:19).
And of course, so is מגוג (Bereishit 10:2).
