The World of Lies

George Orwell's 1984 has surged to the top of the list of Best Selling Books. [Source]

“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.” — GEORGE ORWELL, “1984”

Exactly what is happening now, and has been happening all along in this world of Sheker!

Does anyone know if that opinion that techias hameisim has to happen in 9 1/2 years from now is the main opinion in the Zohar? I have heard that it is one opinion. Are there other opinions? I certainly hope it is the main opinion, since that is how I get through each day of this insanity and thick darkness enveloping the world.

How true that this is a world of sheker. But now at keitz hayamim there is NO truth whatsoever, meaning the world at large which we are literally witnessing ourselves.
Also,in regards to Abby True's question, I've read and heard in the last few years from many rabbis and sources that techiyat hameitim has to be no more than 210 years before the 6000th year. It will be a process so it has to start in less than ten years. That's why Moshiach has to be at the door already! May it be!

The other opinion in the Zohar is 214 years.

However, the Zohar doesn't say that Tehiyat Hameitim is 210 or 214 before the year 6000 (or 6001). Rather, it says that the Tzadikim will be resurrected 210 or 214 years before everyone else.

So, it could mean like the above commenters are saying, but I would caution you that it leaves a lot of room that is subject to interpretation there.

Hopefully, it means that the righteous Jews will be resurrected first, even if they are not the greatest of tzadikim because it says somewhere that all of Yisrael are tzadikim. We know it's a process and our great ancestors will arise first and then it will continue on with the rest of our people. Hashem is all GOOD so may every Jewish neshamah merit to welcome their loved ones speedily.
