One thing to watch out for given how compromised the current US admin is, not least with pro-Iran / Iran-deal sympathizers, etc. Would be them potentially manufacturing a larger war between a US-aligned Arab state and Iran (a la Yalkut Shimoni) or something along similar lines to draw the US in as a way to prevent Trump from assuming the presidency.
Other potential scenarios include Iran closing the Straits of Hormuz, attacking US bases in Gulf and US/Israel-aligned Gulf Arab states oil fields, Qatar outliving its usefulness (supports Hamas/MB, aligned with Iran despite being Sunni yet has US base, etc), Saudi Arabia (chief Sunni rival) or given its Iran's influence via Iraq/Syria attempting a coup against Jordan, etc.

Sorry, just got nervous it sounds a little like that man name, they generally say coming back.
