Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech before a joint session of Congress on Tuesday March 3, was powerful and enthusiastically received. It exemplified leadership in a way that Americans have not seen for years. The elected leadership of the US conspicuously displayed their awesome delight from the speech; somehow it restored their own dignity and faith in the role of America today. As a result of the Jewish Prime Minister of a tiny country speaking his mind with unwavering resolve, moral clarity and historical dignity, all those present in the gallery felt better about themselves and their own duties in a confused and bloody world.

I agree wholeheartedly and mentioned this to a friend of mine. She responded, "...but he knows his audience..." I understand this, too. I think he should have said Hashem is with us and we will not be afraid (the part where he mentioned that they were alone when knocking out the reactor in 2006?) or something to that effect.
The thing is, I think he should mention G-d and that with Him we are never alone.
I do, however recognize the part about America being a nation that has many focused Christians etc... so, I do believe he could and should have mentioned that Hashem is with us...
It is one thing that I have wanted for him to mention and to take to heart...for some reason he does not say so much on this.....
He fulfilled his shliach from the Rebbe. He lit the candle of truth in the face of darkness of lies. Even Tzaddikim like Moshe made one mistake.

politically speaking,,,i dont think it would have been wise to mention the g-d of our people before a chriatian party of political pigs as i call them...because in politics the would throw stones that one person mentioned a g-d that wasnt thier god and then use it against the person,,as much as we would all like to hear bibi say ha-shem is with us,,b-h,,politically speaking it would have caused a riot...

You can be sure, his speech was well thought out. Also, one must remember that he's not the right winger as many think and he is a politician like all those who were there. The mistake is from the very start, SOI has tried its utmost to omit G-D from everything, and with today's political correctness, it is being omitted more and more, not only in the US, globally but in Israeli politics. Thankfully, he did use a Torah verse but, sadly, left out the most important part - G-D. All in all, it was the start of going in the right direction.
