The Midrash that Rav Chaya is quoting is from the section on the biblical Book of Isaiah and the prophecies contained therein, where a Rabbi cited by the Yalkut Shimoni states:
“In the year Moshiach comes all the nations of the world will provoke each other and threaten with war. The king of Persia (Iran) will provoke the King of Arabia (Saudi Arabia) with war. The King of Arabia goes to Edom (The Western Countries, headed by USA) for advice. Then the King of Persia destroys the world (and since that cannot be done with conventional weapons it must mean nuclear which can destroy most of the world). And all the nations of the world begin to panic and are afraid, and Israel too is afraid as to how to defend from this. G-d then says to them “Do not fear for everything that I have done is for your benefit, to destroy the evil kingdom of Edom and eradicate evil from this world so that the Messiah can come, your time of redemption is now.”
"In the year Moshiach comes all the leaders of the world will provoke each other" - he mentions this and says this is what we have now.
ReplyDeleteHe then quotes "the king of Arabia will go to the king of Edom for advice" and in Rav Chaya's opinion that occurred when the US went to bomb Iran at the end of the famous 12 day war that Israel waged against Iran. He mentions the G7 when Trump left in a big hurry to rush off and organise the bombing of Iran. [you can read more about that at Why did Trump Leave the G7]
Now everything stopped and we are at a standstill, but it also says that Persia RETURNS [and destroys the whole world]. We are awaiting this return.

He says we are currently in the pause stage, but we think this break is almost over.

In Australia, ASIO says Iran behind Australian antisemitic attacks, diplomatic ties cut.
Iranian ambassador to Australia Ahmad Sadeghi and three other officials have been expelled, with seven days to leave. Operations at Australia's embassy in Tehran have been suspended, with all Australian diplomats already out of the country.
Australia's relationship with Israel was somewhat damaged when they publicly supported a Palestinian state, but their intelligence liaisons have not been damaged.
DeleteJournalist Shari Markson reports that Israel supplied information to Australia regarding the anti semitic attacks being instigated by Iran, and ASIO also came to the same conclusion.
So despite the Australian PM's ridiculous stance on Gaza, it seems Israel and Australia are still allies, and Trump is very pleased that Australia expelled the Iranian diplomats.
Shalom Naftali, thanks for the info, now I would usually say you could split it up and post it as two or more comments, but in this case I would prefer not to do that because there is some information in the video that I deliberately did not type up. Obviously anyone can watch it and see the subtitles etc, I would just prefer not to put some things on my blog, esp when names are being mentioned, even if the transcription does not know how to spell those names correctly..... those who know will know.
