I had this video up previously, but it was a strange version and a different You Tube channel. This is Rabbi Ovadia's channel and the video is the original Hebrew with sub-titles available.

It does for me. When you first click on the cog, it will say auto translate [to Hebrew] but then you click that and it will give you all the languages to choose from. Just scroll down to english and click it.
