Star of Moshiach, Nova in Corona Borealis, Shabbos March 14, 2026 ?

Laivi Shor

" A Star will Shoot out of Yaakov", the Zohar on Parsha Balak says Hashem will put a fixed star into the heavens. Is this long awaited star, the Nova Star in the Constellation of Corona Borealis?

Note: Shabbos is 25 Elul.  Elul is the sixth month if counting from Tishrei.

"The Kochav Yaakov will be seen on the 25th day of the sixth month".... which we normally assume to be Elul.... but these days everything is upside down.

  1. Is it true that there is an opinion that it's the 22 Elul?

    1. I've never heard of that. It's the 25th day of the sixth month.

    2. It is the 25th of Elul, sorry just going through a lot of dates and typed that one in wrong. An interesting thing to note is the if the world was created in Tishrei, the First Day of Creation was on 25th of Elul. If the world was created in Nissan, the First Day of Creation was on 25th Adar. The sign in the Heavens represents the Creation of Yemos HaMoshiach, the change from Olam HaZeh to the Days of Moshiach. Good Shabbos!

  2. I think there's a correction needed here; Elul is the
sixth month when counting from Chodesh Nissan.
When counting from Chodesh Tishrei, the sixth month is Adar and the seventh month is Nissan.

  3. ALL JEWISH ORGANIZATIONS NATIONWIDE ASKED TO GO INTO LOCKDOWN PROTOCOL.

I just read that on an American site.... don't know if it's true or not. This follows the shooting and attempted bombing of a Michigan synagogue.

There's been an attempted terror attack at a synagogue in Trondheim, Norway. This is a developing story.

Seems we're entering into a dangerous time... here we go again.

We've had armed guards here in Sydney outside schools, shuls and kindergartens for as long as i can remember. Years and years and years. Standard practice here.

  4. @12:27 on the video you can see a screen shot of the information regarding the date and the 70 days it will be visible - those 70 days end on Shavuot

" It will appear on the 6th day of the week [Friday] on the 25th day of the sixth month..."

  5. Will it also be visible in place with poor visibility? For example, not everyone see's all the spectacular sights seen in Australia, such as purple skies and so forth.

    1. If it happens, it's not 100% certain, apparently it's been supposed to occur since 2025.

      From Google:
Is Corona Borealis visible in Australia?
Low in the north in the evening (from Australia) is a smallish constellation called Corona Borealis – the Crown of the North. Near this constellation is a small, dim star called T Coronae Borealis (T CrB for short). But this star is anything but unremarkable. It's called a “cataclysmic variable double star”.

    2. Well, here in the U.S. i tried looking up today (Shabbos) but the sun was shining, so it was too bright to look up, even with sunglasses. But I still have my eclipse glasses, so i might try using those on a clear day. That's if i remember to.

    3. Friday night I could see nothing at all, just a very cloudy sky. Saturday night there were 3 very bright stars, quite big as well. I have no idea what I was looking at.

  6. ...oops i just realized he meant a star (not sun). So i went out, but it was too cold to be out there for long. I did see a bright star somewhere in the ball park of the Big Dipper, but it could have been some other bright star. I'm no expert at this, and it wouldn't be the first time i saw a bright constellation in the sky.

  7. P.S. I did not see "BOOTES" (nor did i see 7-stars of Corona) - but i did see some stars someway to the west of the Big Dipper, and i also saw a bright star someway to the west of aforesaid stars.
