    1. I have many Chabad contacts. But I can't see any of them taking seriously the idea that forwarding Trump or Ivanka a video will change anything at all. Firstly, they wouldn't understand some of the concepts, it would need to be broken down into simple ideas that actually penetrate their consciousness and make them think that this is something to be taken seriously.
However, if Hashem wants Trump to take this seriously then it can happen and somehow we need to put our heads together and come up with a way to make this information accessible in a simple form that will be taken notice of.

    2. I've done something that I've never done before after reading these comments and that is I made a call to someone who can get to the right person you mentioned above. I was inspired and like I say I have never done this before. I want to bring Mashiach. that's why I made the call. I am praying that the person I called can pull this off and get something happening. Everyone pray that it will happen. We must bring Mashaich.

      Wonderful you did it !!!
I am sure you will get a call back... everyone is so much into what is happening, and White House may take time,,, but, i am sure someone will contact you.
Perhaps, B'H, MaShiach may be here, already, that is as they at Whitehouse raise the speaker to dial your number.
How wonderful that will be, nu?? :))

    4. To the person who never did this before, and now has tried to help… and to everyone who is also trying, thank you so much!! We very much believe that we are already in the beginning of the geula, and want to do anything to be closer to Hashem and to serve him. You are all helping by giving each other Chizuk as well!

  4. some key points for me, so far, I haven't heard the whole thing yet, but how obvious is the hashgacha pratis [Divine Providence] that the day I come back to my blog, Rabbi Kessin puts out a lecture about this very topic, because last week I pretty much gave up on all of it.
    Not totally, just blog-wise.

    26.50 he's speaking about suffering

32.50 giving a person the suffering that someone else should endure

34.00 the creation of a tremendous doubt if the Moshiach will even come

  5. bs"D.. welcome back Devorah... you see how welcome your return is! I haven't listened to this video yet, but the "title" troubles me. "Harder to believe in the coming of Moshiach?" sounds very anti Torah. Perhaps the title is misleading. We have the 13 ikrim of emunah, and nothing will change them, or our "ani maamim" that though he may tarry, we wait for the coming of the moshiach. Oddly, the more things "look bleak" the more we should see Hashem. Hold on tight, Hashem is swinging a long rope and we are holding on to the end! Again, I haven't listened to this yet, just responding to perhaps not the best title?? Batya

    1. No one is talking about Moshiach anymore because everyone realized that he’s not coming anytime soon. Enough with the predictions.

  6. Batsheva your comment got lost but I just found it. I hope you listen to the shiur because you are the embodiment of what he is talking about.
Batya, I thought the title was perfect because it's true.... many people are giving up in some way, probably not all the way... but feeling like it's far away....I mean just read Batsheva's comment above this. Anyway, Rabbi Kessin clears it all up because this is how it is before Geula. Everyone relax.

  8. Welcome back Devorah! I read a statistic that there are 15 million yidden in the world, of whom 2 million are Torah observant. Of course, we have no idea where these numbers come from. I just throw it it to say that we only need 600,000 souls to greet Moshiach. And we must expect Moshiach every day. So those of us who continue to keep our eyes on the horizon will be the ones who hasten his revelation, may it be today. Now, I want to just make a small comment about efforts to reach Trump. I was a Washington lobbyist for 30 years. It's great to launch letter writing, phone, email campaigns, etc. But the President or Senator or Congressman never see nor hear these messages, unless you are a top fundraiser. Perhaps the best way to reach Trump is on Truth Social or other social media platform being sure to tag him, because he does scan his social media feed almost constantly. And let's not forget whispering in the ears of Trump are Witkoff and Kushner.

  13. Rambam writes:

    Hilchot Teshuvah 7:5

    אין ישראל נגאלין אלא בתשובה

“Israel will be redeemed only through teshuvah.”

This is one of Rambam’s strongest statements on the subject.

Teshuvah is inseparably connected to redemption. The Torah, Chazal, and Rambam all teach that the Jewish people ultimately return to HaShem and are redeemed.
However, Chazal record a debate regarding whether redemption waits for voluntary teshuvah or whether HaShem will bring events that ultimately lead Israel to teshuvah before the final redemption.

What is clear from all views is that redemption does not come because people proclaim a particular individual as Mashiach. Chazal connect redemption to HaShem’s plan, teshuvah, and the fulfillment of the prophetic process—not to campaigns, slogans, or human certainty about who Mashiach is or when Mashaich will come .

  14. It is not clear from The Rambam exactly how much Teshuva needs to be done. Since 1960 there has been a huge amount of Teshuva in Klal Yisroel. The Rebbe clearly said that "Teshuva has been done". This does not mean that each and everyone of us is now exempt from Teshuva - it means that the Teshuva that Klal Yisroel need to do has been done. There are people on this board who are much too young to appreciate the terrible Matzav in Klal Yisroel so close to the Holocaust and The Rebbe "turned the world upside down" with Teshuva. The ridicule and opposition that The Rebbe faced for starting the Teshuva movement was indescribable and today "no one" can believe the huge opposition to the Teshuva movement.
