He definitely is a very deep thinker. So are R' Isser Weisberg and R' Hajioff. There does remain the fact that R' Kessin considers Trump a gilgul of Antoninus, whereas R' Weisberg (and maybe R' Hajioff?) consider Trump a gilgul of Koresh/Cyrus.

Has anybody heard an explanation for the swarm of bees here in Israel? South of Israel specifically Netivot had massive swarms of bees - what is the significance of that?

In R'Alon Anava's book he says that it is from the Tehillim - don't know which one right now but it is one from Hallel, about they surrounded me like bees but it the name of H" I cut them down talking about GogUMagog.

Some interpretations suggest this figure represents a spiritual energy or a symbolic, rather than purely historical, role in the messianic process.

Trump forced a ceasefire on us. The cabinet was called for a meeting and Trump announced the ceasefire before they had a chance to vote. Anyone still believe that Trump cares about anything other than himself? A woman in Iran messaged me last night. We had a short conversation. She had to delete it, of course. The situation in Iran is dire. They are living in a police state. And they are very disappointed in Trump who keeps talking about a new regime when all the same monsters are still there. Interestingly she says that they still like Bibi. She knows we are critical, but they don't see him as having betrayed them like Trump has. I have nothing but negative feelings for that man. He has a plan?? Yeah, to make money. That's his plan. And everyone admiring how his blockade is crippling Iran's economy while saying nothing about the daily executions, tortures, and oppression of the Persian people is disingenuous when they talk about human rights. IMO
ReplyDeleteU do realize Hashem is in control here and not Trump. Hashem is running the show and pulling the string. obviously He wants it this way. I find it so funny when pple talk about Trump and say terrible things about him as if he’s the one whose in control Malky.
DeleteYes that's what I was thinking. Hashem is making him do all this, Trump doesn't even know why he's doing the things he's doing, but nevertheless he has no trouble taking credit when things go right for him.
DeleteEverything keeps changing, and a lot of the time Trump talks nonsense deliberately to confuse the enemy, and everyone else.
Apparently he says things like "the war is over" in order to manipulate the markets.

IMO, its a miracle that thus far U.S. military personnel haven't defected, especially after Tucker Carlson hinted to the military that Trump is "out of control", and also because, from what i gather, the U.S. & Israeli military may be running low on advanced weapons, at the same time that the Chinese are suspected of covertly supplying Iran with weapons to keep resisting the U.S. And as if that's not enough, more than 10 top U.S. scientists have gone missing or dead.

For Israel it'll always be this way until Moshiach comes. Henry Kissinger once said that being an enemy of the U.S. is dangerous but being a friend of the U.S. is fatal. Israel...a case in point. Rfael Yaakov

Who knows, based on ancient prophecies, perhaps something is slated to take place soon at the actual Italian Rome.
Uh, may I point out, that whereas R' Kessin is saying (in so many words) that in Heaven, the angel of Iran is advocating on behalf of leaving Iran's infrastructure intact, due to the Persians having allowed Bayit Sheini to be built. And that now we see G-d's mercy in sparing their infrastructure (minus their economy), despite the evil of Iran....
ReplyDelete...yet why does R' Kessin omit the fact that the Iranian People themselves aren't evil, so how do we know whether G-d isn't sparing the infrastructure out of mercy for the People (vs. their evil leadership)?
So this is why it says that Persia is destined to fall into the hands of Rome, and Rome is destined to fall into the hands of Persia.

So maybe i'm odd for saying this, but at one point on the video, R' Kessin was describing the Iran regime as the epitome of evil, and while that's true, he failed to also mention the extremely horrendous evils elsewhere, such as human traffickers, and such as North Korea (where people have hurled themselves against the electrified fence, to try to suicide). R' Kessin: How/when will Hashem deal with reshaim such as those?
ReplyDeleteAlso, on the one hand, commenters posted that Hashem is pulling Trump's strings, and on the other hand, R' Kessin was saying that Trump will have to give an accounting for his responsibility in failing to prevent thousands of the Iranian peoples' deaths. With that said, can someone please reconcile why Trump will have to give an accounting, if Hashem has been pulling Trump's strings? I mean, Hashem could have caused Trump to have ongoing nightmares about how he'll be punished if he doesn't enter Iran immediately. Ditto re: his first term in office, when he abandoned the Kurdish people to ISIS, which was the height of treachery and כפוי טוב

ReplyDeleteIn other lectures (In his Derech Hashem series, I think) Rabbi Kessin explains this seeming contradiction. A person is held liable for his decision to do a good deed or an evil one. But if that decision is actually carried out is only due to Hashem's will.
If for any reason Hashem has decided, for instance, that a person will live, no amount of human attempts will succeed in killing him! And there have been so very many living examples of this. Some from people who are non believers, but admit they cannot explain the extraordinary way they were saved from sure death. And that works in the opposite as well. Also, for any other human intervention, large or small scale.
The Hand of Gd remains hidden for most, but if you closely observe and analyze, you will reach the conclusion that you are witnessing divine intervention at work.
Would also recommend you read the series Michtav M'Eliyahu for amazing insights on this subject, by Rabbi Eliyahu Dessler. There is an English translation, but the Hebrew version is preferable.

Just wanted to add something else that Rabbi Kessin spoke about in his lecture series, I think #71 Derech Hashem.
ReplyDeleteApparently, there is also a spiritual equivalent of us in another spiritual realm. Sometimes it seems (if I understood correctly) that an idea or even a compulsion that a person believes to be his own, is put in his mind to act or even say something. And the person believes the decision to be their own, when in fact it is divinely directed.
Even in this, a good decision is given over to the righteous to do, and likewise an evil decree to be carried out by a person who has already decided to do evil. Rabbi Kessin explains this at length. And even cites as an example H I t l e r, and the reason he survived many assassination attempts.

It’s hashes will that rules over everything, yes, this is true. We do the best we can , do not speak Loshon hora, study Torah, honor mother/father, help the sick, escort the dead…to the best of our ability can tip the scales in our favour. In the end, it’s Hashems plan for you that ultimately will be.

ReplyDeleteAccording to the bee scientists, this is what they do when they split off with a new queen bee to start a new colony. It's normal bee behavior. It's just that today, everyone has a phone camera, and everything is a big story. However I'm glad I wasn't there!
