How large is this bank? How many customers will this effect? I read it was for a full month.
It amazes me how desperate the leaders of these nations are. By no means do I laugh- it is quite serious- more than ever as we know what is at stake. The only thing worse, it seems, is the fact that the leaders appear to have no answers....
