Hadas, I'm afraid there's no way to access youtube with a filter. As a matter of fact, everybody awaiting Moshiach, which is certainly people browsing such a site, should (must) have some kind of filter. There's no purity in us, and it's hard to see how we're so anxiously awaiting Moshiach, while all of this filth is available to us!

Regarding the k9 filter. Here is a link where there is info about how you can set up specific categories( adult content, nudity etc.) of blocking that will allow you to watch something outside those parameters.

If you have a friend that can provide you with viewing this video on their computer, that is the best option. Or, watch it at a local library.
