The Rebbe said that the reason the Frierdike Rebbe settled in New York was that NY is seat of the United Nations. Rabbi Kessin said many years ago that the purpose of the United Nation was to undo The Tower of Bavel by undoing the division of speech as in the UN someone can speak in any language and there is a simultaneous translation so undoing the "dispersion" of the Tower of Bavel that was caused by all the different languages. Rabbi Kessin also said many years ago that another purpose of the UN was to unite the world against Eretz Yisroel i.e. the final war of Gog U'Magog [uniting the world] against Eretz Yisoel and by extension the Yiddin all over the world.

Rabbi Kessin better have a good explanation if Moshiach isn’t here before 5790. Time is running out on his “Zohar deadline” for techiyas hameisim before 5790. That means Moshiach shouldn’t be here any day. Same for Rabbi Pinchas Winston and everyone else who was insistent that yemos hamoshiach starts before 5790.

Look at Daniel 7:13 Moshiach is revealed with the "Clouds of Glory" from Shamayim after having been in this World and then goes up to Shamayim to be given Kingship and Rulership over the whole world. i.e. Moshiach is part of Techiyas HaMeisim. See Rashi on this Daniel 7:13

In 5772, The Rebbe gave a new revelation of MiYad = Mem = Moshiach - Menachem is his name [as is stated in the Gemara], Yud = Yosef [The Frierdike Rebbe, Daled = Dovber [the 5th Rebbe]. The soul of Moshiach is a composite of these 3 Neshamas [and ONLY in Shamayim can Neshamos be made into a composite and NOT a Neshama is in a physical body = my understanding] Until The Rebbe revealed this new revelation it was always accepted that Moshiach's Neshama is a composite of Moshe Rabbeinu, Yosef HaTzadik and Dovid Melech Yisroel. Once again creating a composite Neshama can ONLY happen in the Heavenly Spheres.

ReplyDeleteLet’s stop the predictions year after year. It’s getting out of hand. For anyone who believes Rabbi Kessin or Rabbi Winston was being serious about techiyas hameisim starting before 5790. They must have been joking. Moshiach has to come before the heat 6,000 and we might have a very long way to go and a few generations of Teshuva . Moshiach does not come without Teshuva and we obviously are not worthy of a nation for Moshiach to come in this generation. My estimate is another 60-80 years with many more wars in Eretz Yisroel to be fought and won. Shana Tova to all.

Tzviki you're wrong, because as Rabbi Winston and Rabbi Kessin have explained many times, techias hamaisim must begin either 210 or preferably 214 years BEFORE the year 6000. I'm sure you can do the maths.

So now all we have left is for some fools to obsess over the “next final deadline” of erev Rosh hashana 2029 for both Moshiach and techiyas hameisim. It’s silly. I’m planning to prepare my children for grandchildren to make the best out of this exile and warn them that we may be in it for another 200 years, while

Yes, there is a deadline. Moshiach can not come in 500 years from now. It all must happen in less than 4 years- Moshiach and the Revival of the dead. The Zohar is more than trustworthy and accepted by all Jews.

ReplyDeleteWhile this isn't a direct answer, on pg. 321 of the book about R'Yisrael Abuchatzira (the Baba Sali) by A.Y. Harel, with English translation by Sheindel Weinbach, it states:
"A few days later, R' Yisrael again saw his late brother in a dream. He, again, begged him to reveal the time of the geula. R' Masoud replied, "I am not at liberty to answer that question. But I can tell you one thing: he will come in your time and you will have the privilege of seeing him."
That could be interpreted as follows, however far-fetched:
Moshiach (in his younger years) came to E"Y from another country before 1984 when the Baba Sali was still alive, and the Baba Sali could have seen him prior to his 1984 petirah.
