Red moons and lunar eclipses are not good for the Jews. To understand the reasons why this is the case, see: Effects of an Eclipse
This month's full moon will pass almost directly through the center of Earth's shadow on Wednesday (June 15) in what will be an unusually long total eclipse of the moon.
More at: Lunar Eclipse June 15 and Space.comThe June 15 total lunar eclipse will be visible to observers in Africa, southern Asia, and Australia. It is said that this eclipse will be one of the darkest eclipses ever. It will be second only to the July 16, 2000 total lunar eclipse.

I enjoy your site and the fascinating info on it. I just wanted to note that before panic/worry (which is the opposite of Emuna) affects any reader they should reference your cited and previous article which you link:
http://shiratdevorah.blogspot.com/2010/11/effects-of-eclipse.html
Source: Based on Likutei Sichos of the Lubavitcher Rebbe Vol. XV
"The Rebbe's Treasure: Interpretations of Talmudic Stories"
In particlar the last segment of it - "...During the time of an eclipse, the stars are in a position that can have a bad influence on the people. At such a time, the four aforementioned sins are more readily transgressed! For this reason the eclipse is a bad sign for the Jews, because they are more likely to sin than at some other time. As a result, they might be punished. Hence it is not our actions that cause the eclipse, but rather the eclipse that can alter our actions, triggering a heavenly punishment.
Therefore, if Jews are doing Hashem's will, the effects of the eclipse will not concern them. Chazal even say that we should not worry about the influence of stars if we do what Hashem wants. For as long as we do not let the bad mazal alter our actions, we do not deserve any punishment.
Jews are not limited by the boundaries of nature, including the celestial bodies. We have the power to change our mazal by doing good deeds. Our mazal depends on our actions and our prayers."

In particular as we are now in Parshat Shelach and the most infamous segment of it being the Sin of the Spies, perhaps we can take this occurence of the potential lunar eclipse and the line-up with this week's reading to heart:
B'Ezrat H" we are about to enter the Land (of Geulah and Eretz Yisrael forever) spies have been sent to scout what is occurring in the world and there are some really ominous signs! But we can't let that fool us as it did several thousand years ago the first time.
The land was said to be "consuming its inhabitants" but they didn't realize that it was H" who was picking them apart steadily and All for the benefit of Am Yisrael!
We don't need to look far to see the enemies of Israel on all sides but the greatest enemy is Amalek or "Doubt" as Chassidus and Gematria elaborate. Only after Israel doubted G-d's magnificent Hasgacha Pratis and guidance did Amalek come to attack and after the Spies came back with the report and Israel wept that night (of Tisha B'Av) was the decree sealed to wander in the desert for decades and tragedies for thousands of years in the future because of that occurrence.
I am not a rabbi, but I try to follow current events and spiritual teachings.
H" is doing EVERYTHING for the BEST!
Our job is to "open our eyes" as the Rebbe says, learn and spread Emuna and Ahavat Israel (Unity) as Rabbi Shalom Arush and Rabbi Lazer Brody insist as quickly and as effectively as possible!
Our mission statement is clear.
H" CAN take care of the rest!
Shavua Tov.
