Could G-d's blueprint for creation exclude over 99% of the world's population?
In this video from 1986, the Lubavitcher Rebbe is talking about the obligation of the Jew to teach the Seven Laws of Noah to the non-Jews. I have not previously seen this video, I discovered it after searching for an hour, trying to find a different video which I subsequently could not embed.
I know there has been discussion on other blogs that Jews are NOT obligated to teach these laws to the nations, but here is the Rebbe on video clearly stating the opposite.
None of this in any way endorses any cults or groups attempting to latch on to the Jews by way of attempting to live as a Jew without either a kosher conversion or having a Jewish mother. There is no midway point: just like a pregnancy.... you either are or you aren't.... you are either a Jew, or you are a Gentile, and that's it folks.

The Sheva Mitzvot Bnei Noach - The Seven Laws of Noah
[Source: CreedofNoah]
1. The prohibition of worship of false Gods/idolatry [The essence of life is to recognize and believe in the Supreme Being, the Creator of the universe, accepting His laws with awe and love. There is only ONE God, God is ONE. Do not deny God. Acknowledge that there is ONE Almighty a timeless creator. God stands alone, He is infinite...The prohibition includes the prohibition against believing in a false prophet, false messiah and a false religion.]
2. The prohibition of blasphemy [Respect the Creator. As frustrated and angry as you may be, do not vent it by cursing your Maker]
3. The prohibition of murder [Respect human life. Every human being is an entire world. To save a life is to save that entire world. To destroy a life is to destroy an entire world. To help others live is a corollary of this principle. The act of murder includes the intentional killing of a human being, suicide, aborting a fetus except to save the mother’s life. The act of killing for self defense at any time or during times of war is not included in the prohibition against murder]
4. The prohibition of immorality and promiscuity [Do not engage in adulterous, incestuous, bestial or homosexual relations. Respect the institution of marriage. Marriage is a most Divine act. The marriage of a man and a woman is a reflection of the oneness of G-d and His creation. Disloyalty in marriage is an assault on that oneness.Wholesome families are a basis of healthy communities and societies. Immorality leads to inner decay. [Gen. 2:24].
5. The prohibition of theft [The prohibition is inclusive of kidnap. Respect the rights and property of others. Be honest in all your business dealings. Since our sustenance comes from God, we should seek to earn it honestly, with dignity and not through deceit, we express our trust in Him as the Provider of Life. Theft is forbidden.]
6. The establishment of a judicial system. [The establishment of courts of law to institute justice, truth, righteousness and morality over society is an essential institution. As well as to establish a police force and army as needed. A fair and effective legal system creates a society worthy of God’s blessing. It brings God’s ideals for our personal life into a formal order for society, and completes the other six laws.]
7. The prohibition of cruelty to animals. [Respect God’s creatures. Do not cause unnecessary suffering or pain to any creature, this includes not eating flesh removed from a living animal.]

Right Devorah!
Shalom Devorah.
Most people who eat non kosher meats, particularly beef, are actually in violation of the Seventh Noachide law, namely eating meat cut from a living animal. I have witnessed the slaughtering of cattle in several modern slaughterhouses, and I can tell you that in many cases the butchers begin the process when the animals are still very much alive, probably more than 50% of the time. The pneumatically operated pointed metal rod that pierces the skull of the animal prior to slaughter, does not cause instant death, nor even render the animal unconscious in many cases.
Obviously most consumers of meat are completely unaware of this. Noachides should eat only kosher meats to avoid violating this prohibition. Stingray.
To those who believe that Jews do not have the obligation to teach Gentiles the 7 laws, I have to say that I am thrilled that a few Jews ignored you and took it onto themselves to teach me the 7 laws. Without having a few Rabbis taking time to teach Gentiles I would never have found the 7 laws and would have still been stuck in idolatry, never knowing about Hashem and what He wishes for me. Some of these teachers who took the time to teach me have become dear personal friends and we talk on the phone about everything from Torah to what is going on in our lives to even our pets. Without Jewish teaching so very many of us would never have the opportunity to develop our love for Hashem and His Torah.
4th mitzva also includes the prohibition against waste one's seed (masturbation).

There is no obligation for the Jewish people to literally go out of their way and try to teach the non-Jews the Seven Laws of Noach. The Jews have been persecuted through the millenia and if they would have even contemplated such a scenario that would have been a good way to try to finish off the Jewish people altogether. Today, it is different, inasmuch, there is no real organized anti-semitism from the nations, but our way is what H' always wanted and wants from us and that is to do teshuvah and return to him and not be considered amongst the nations. So, instead they join the U.N., one of the most anti-semitic entities there is and look to assimilate within the nations. If we would have adhered totally, as the Ribbono Shel Olam requires of us, the nations would then automatically be influenced by us and would themselves beg to adhere to the Sheva Laws of Noach. But, as times have changed of late and Israel is being looked up to as a beacon of light in the Middle East and the world, bringing up the topic of the 7 Laws to friendly gentiles would and could be appropriate. But to put emphasis on the nations and not on to our own brothers first and foremost is wrong because it is we, the Jewish people, who need to do teshuvah and in an instant things would change and Moshiach would be here.
What you say is true anon @ 3:14, but these days with the internet it is easy to spread the knowledge. There are many grateful people such as Stephen above, and thank you Stephen for letting us know. And these days there are Jews who do spend their time teaching the Noahide laws.
I just wanted to put that video on record, the Rebbe was and is a tzaddik, anything he says needs to be taken as the truth.
Important information here for people who are confused regarding the different types of ''ger'': ger tzedek ger toshav - https://asknoah.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=137
In Chazal there are references to many categories of gerim e.g. ger b'poal, ger b'koach, ger b'emess, ger gamur, ger sha'ar, ger vadai, ger giyura, geriei arayos, gerei chalomos, gerei Mordechai v'Ester, gerei aral v'totav, gerei umos haolam, and of course the famous self-made gerim gerurim who will not be able to withstand the test of the Milchemes Gog u'Magog and whose insincerity will at that time be exposed (Avodah Zara 3). The term 'Ger' is obviously a vast and complex!
