I was feeling totally exhausted and wanted to sleep, and thought well I'll just listen to this shiur and then I'll rest.... and guess what..... I listened and at the end I no longer felt tired. This Rabbi has the power to wake you up ! I have this feeling he is Eliyahu Hanavi... teaching the world the Torah and the Zohar before Moshiach.
Very interesting. Maybe the tiredness was fatigue from a stressful day? And mind stimulation reenergizes the body. This is what I found out. I also had reserved a post on reincarnation by Rabbi Mizrachi. We now have sister posts :-) wishing you renewed vigor!
I also have a special feeling about this Rav. Without his lectures, I wouldn't have known how to raise my children with spirituality and enough strength to stay on the right path of Torah.
I have not listened yet to this one, but I know what you mean about Rabbi Anava... I have met and spoken with him several times on his New York tours, and he is the real deal. Sometimes I will play his lectures as I fall asleep at night and then replay them at work so I can hear them awake. :) (Rabbi Mizrachi too)
Funny what you're saying about Eliyahu Hanavi.... His name is so eerily similar that my little ones occassionaly would ask me after I'd repeat something from his lectures, "Who said that? Eliyahu Hanavi?"
Rabbi Efraim Palvanov What is the significance of recent seismic events in Syria and Damascus? What might we expect for the region in light ...

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked. "Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad." "How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice. "You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

True about the mind body connection but generally if I’m tired I can’t listen or I fall asleep - this one had the reverse effect!
