So there is Ger Toshab today, just can't do the Tikun, so as a (supposedly) sovereign individual in relation to G'd, and bringing Him back into His World. But you can do that by assisting Jews, and i happen to think that i've experienced that such a thing can be wonderful, and rather decisive, or so i hope (not even the point). That, and of course keeping the 7 is paramount for any Ger Toshab. If you fail there, you 'll just suffer i suppose. You'll push yourself out of the world, which is something else all together as bringing Him back. (?) Ideally it should go hand in hand; be a good person, and try to help Jews fix the world.
