I didn't notice that. Whereabouts in the video? Unless he is adding 613 for the Jews and 7 for the nonJews, I have no idea.
He said it a few times. Sorry, I didn't note where. Sheva mitzvot bnei noach are included in the taryag mitzvot. It may have been a slip of the tongue, but it was more than once.
613 from the Torah and 7 Rabbinic (ner chanukah, hallel, brachit, etc)
