The Nations Against

I'm very disappointed in Australia, who abstained from voting.

Here you can see the 128 countries who voted against Jerusalem being the capital of Israel.

I was just about to post about this on Reb Dov's "End of Days" blog.
Eight nations voted in favour of Trump's move (plus Israel being the ninth.)
They have a special place amongst the righteous of the gentiles at the end of days.

"Guatemala, Honduras, Togo, Micronesia, Nauru, Palau and the Marshall Islands - joined Israel and the United States in opposing the measure."

Honestly i cannot comprehend this- what i think, a stupid thing.

Israel is a Sovereign Nation... why does it have to get approval of any other country to tell them what will be their capital??!!

The united nation, i see as um... useless nations... should stay out of what a country wishes to be, or what city they choose for their Capital.

Jerusalem is- has and always will be the Capital of Eretz Israel, period.
Hashem said so...

the rest who think otherwise should go soak their heads in a bucket of
poo-doo..

Yes London Male... and 8 is the number of Moshiach, and 9 is the number of Truth [emett] - so we win !

The numbers are significant, the one nation holds the truth, and other 8 nations follow, as the chet ח of Mashiach. The 128 nations are ripe for judgement.
128 is ק 100 mind, כ 20 death, ח 8 fire. שם

There were in fact 8 nations all together opposing, since Marshall Islands is situated in the Micronesia area, that isn't a nation.
Here you are! The Mashiach's number eight. שם

Thank you for posting this list. But aren’t there only 70 nations? Therefore, some are sub-countries under the nations. I don’t mean to upset the apple cart about numbers, but just what the Torah says. Regardless, all of these countries are doomed.

Good Erev Shabbat

Shouldn't we be celebrating as prophecies unfold before our eyes?

Moshiach now!

Be happy they abstained and did not vote against Isreal like Brittan France Germany and the rest of the 128 countries

To anon @ 2:18, you are absolutely right but it just proves the unusual place Israel has amongst the nations and in the world. Israel represents G-D and His Laws. This has and still is a thorn in their sides; that is why anti-semitism is not a natural hatred but a supernatural one, just like the number '8'. The world instictively views the Jews, Torah, the Land of Israel and, of course, G-D as a burden.

I'm also flabbergasted. Correct me if I'm mistaken, yet Haiti abstained, right? Israel helped- no, rushed over to Haiti, with lifesaving surgical teams and even delivered babies there after the terrible quake. They stayed there for who knows how long and this is Hait's response?
What would be if Israel "abstained from responding to people in rises?" Wow! Simply, wow!

On December 20, 2017, Trump Tells Countries Favoring U.N. Resolution Against His Jerusalem Decision: I’ll Cut Off Your Financial Aid.

President Trump, who absolutely refuses to be bullied by countries around the world that are vilifying him for recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, struck back.

The U.N. General Assembly is holding an emergency session on Thursday that was requested by Arab and Muslim countries to vote on a draft resolution calling for Trump to rescind his decision.

Trump let them have it with both barrels, asserting, “They take hundreds of millions of dollars and even billions of dollars, and then they vote against us. Well, we’re watching those votes. Let them vote against us. We’ll save a lot. We don’t care.”

Firstly, we need to realize that “The heart of a king in is in the hand of Hashem” (Mishlei 21:1)

Secondly, why would Trump make such a bold statement to cut off financial aid from countries?

Two years ago, 15-year-old Nathan had a near death out of body experience, that took place on the first night of Sukkos (September 28th, 2015). He describes his experience exactly what is written by the prophets and in the holy books regarding the end of days. He stated the following:

“One of these days, the whole world will be involved in a war [see Zecharyah 13:8-9, Yeshayah 19:2 and Leiv Eliyahu, Shemos, (page 172) ‘וכעת בעיקבתא דמשיחא’] … The person who will start the war will be somebody named Gog [see Medrash Tanchumah, Korach 12; Yechezkeil 38:18 and Medrash Tanchumah, Re’eh 9].

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WRS9-riM1rQ

Despite that Rabbi Mizrachi says we don't know who Gog is, in speculation, it could be that Gog is Trump.

At first, everyone will fight over taking possession of Yerushalayim. Then the nations of the world will unite to fight against us…

Is Nathan making this up? No. Every year, on the first day of Sukkos, we read in the HafTarah:
“I will gather together all the nations to Yerushalayim for the war” (Zecharyah 14:2).

It seems to be that Hashem is instigating the nations of world to start the war that He spoke about through His prophet Zecharyah.

I'm sorry on behalf of my nation, lots of us cheered when Trump announced his decision to move his embassy to the capital of Israel - I hope HaShem has mercy on those of us who know and want the truth.

Ashamed, England.

I believe that there were 70 nations after the flood of Noach but these have sub-divided since.

This leads me to the point made by

Anonymous 22/12/17 at 19.50,
about The Marshall Islands being part of Micronesia.

You are not correct, and you are correct!
The Marshall Islands are a sovereign nation state, hence they have a vote.
They are though geographically part of Micronesisa.
The Micronesia who also voted for Jerusalem is the Federated States of Micronesia which is another sovereign nation.

So it is useful that you brought that point up for discussion, as it shows how nations have sub divided since the flood.

Look at the list skeptically. The south-sea island nations which voted in favour of Trump are nations which sell their votes in the UN for American aid. Honduras voted for TRUMP (not Israel) because their corrupt government is nothing more than an American proxy (think back to the fact it was pretty much propped up by the Americans during the 2009 coup, and their president is doing all he can to remain in power by kissing up to Trump).

We shouldn't be putting too much stake in the UN. We should be focused on maintaining a Jewish presence in Yerushalayim regardless of what others want. If every world government is against Israel, fine. We don't need their help, plus it's foolish of us to assume we get to decide who other nations have as their leaders.

As far as the 70 nations, our Sages tell us that there are 70 original nations. Does not matter how many there are today because they all off-shoots of the 70 original ones.

This is amazing.....As we know Guatemala is moving their embassy to Jerusalem - and below is the most recent comment from Dov Bar Leib at Stormwinds of Yemen, the Final Blast of the Shofar
where he wrote:

The light of the first ten days of Tevet is the Righteousness of two nations mentioned in Tana"kh with an honorable mention, two of the sons of Yoktan brother of Peleg. All of Peleg's descendants stayed in Eurasia/ Africa. Yoktan his brother, sent all of his descendants to the New World/ Western Hemisphere. They were brothers who separated when the "world split in two". Yoktan sent his sons to the Yoktan (Yucatan) Peninsula. His son Ofer is given honorable mention in the Book of Kings:

כח וַיָּבֹאוּ אוֹפִירָה--וַיִּקְחוּ מִשָּׁם זָהָב, אַרְבַּע-מֵאוֹת וְעֶשְׂרִים כִּכָּר; וַיָּבִאוּ, אֶל-הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה. {פ} 9:28 And they came to Ophir, and fetched from thence gold, four hundred and twenty talents, and brought it to king Solomon.
11 And the navy also of Hiram, that brought gold from Ophir, brought in from Ophir great plenty of sandal-wood and precious stones.

Ophir is the Biblical El Dorado. What the text does not tell you is that Ophir ben Yoktan's kingdom was at the Yoktan (Yucatan) Peninsula in the New World, The Land of the Mayan, pre-Columbian Indians That would place Ophir in what is today modern Guatemala.
