Prayer from the Yanuka for Peace of Mind

This is a prayer given by the Yanuka to someone who was suicidal, with instructions to read on a daily basis, as well as to sniff besamim [fragrant spices].  It was sent to me by someone who wishes to remain anonymous.   I don't have an English version, sorry.  If anyone does, please leave a comment.

How many days does one need to say it for to see it help? And does it bring yeshuos besides losing feelings of suicide?

Chani I don't have answers for that, all I know is that the Yanuka gave it to someone who was feeling suicidal. I'm sure this prayer can be said for many other reasons, it is a prayer after all. I guess you say it for as as many days as you need to say it.

Mike or anyone else, would you care to translate what he is saying?

That's all the rav says, literally Hashem has a plan to reveal moshiach publicly. The rest is talking about the demonstrations, they won't help them, and Hashem has a plan etc.

MM - unless the autistic child can do his/her own typing, the messages can be manipulated. I do know of non-verbal autistic children who do their own typing, but they are not bringing down messages from Heaven, at least none that I am aware of.

I wonder what happened to Rav Duvi Bensoussan. He hasn’t had any new Shiurim on the internet in several months. I hope he is doing ok. It’s very worrying. He gave so much hope and strength to Am Yisrael and now it seems he disappeared for a while. He’s a big Tzaddik.

Sorry for the nitpick, but the title in Hebrew means - prayer for the serenity of the soul (or more loosely -prayer for peace of mind). The word, "shalva" doesn't mean "salvation".

Thank you for telling me anon, I have changed the title of the post.

I really don’t know because I am no longer live in Brooklyn for about 10 years. But interestingly, him and I we are very similar by appearance to each other and for love EY. When people saw me on the street they came to me and asked me Rav Duvi? Or Am I related to him? Even my wife told me that :). I really hope he will make it to EY or May be he already here. I never met him face to face but I feel strong connection to him spiritually.

Rav Duvi stopped giving Shiurim about a year ago. No one knows why. None of the Shiurim online are new.

He doesn’t live in Eretz Yisrael. I’m not sure if he lives in Brooklyn or Lakewood.
