There are two scenes during which a bridge can be seen and it's definitely NOT the Francis Scott Key bridge. I'm pretty sure it's not Baltimore either. New York? Anyway, the article references the commonality as being the tanker run aground on the beach. No mention of a bridge. The accompanying photo is not from the movie. In short, no connection.
