As far as I'm aware, it's a new shiur. I think it's just the first part of a series.
Anyway, it was just uploaded to Hidabroot. Haven't heard it all yet.
I'm not saying Spanish people deserve all that much rain, I'm just saying spain didn't behave well recently with israel, spain is about to receive more rain, they call them "danas" we all know what that means in hebrew "DaNas", Din (spanish female plural)
