Google explains why halos appear: High, thin cirrus clouds drifting high above your head create the halos you see around the sun or moon. The halos are from tiny ice crystals in Earth's atmosphere. They do it by refracting and reflecting the light. Lunar halos are signs that storms are nearby.
Strange how all over the world yesterday and last night [depending which side of the world you are on] this phenomenon occurred.
These photos are all taken yesterday, in different parts of the world. The sun has a halo, the moon is reflecting the sun's halo. These halos have nothing to do with tiny ice crystals in the atmosphere. People are starting to notice and even if you haven't personally seen it, keep looking and I'm sure you will at some point. Please don't start looking at the sun directly [obvious but sometimes not obvious to people]. If you notice a halo on a cloudy day and you want to take a photo, don't look at the sun, just point your phone/camera in the general direction and hope for the best. :)

Yocheved it's because we are seeing Wonders in the Heavens, and the closeness of the Nibiru system which brings about the events spoken of by our Nevi'im.

What events? Good events or bad events? How far off do you think we are until Moshiach’s arrival?
If you read the prophecies at the link I gave you, they don't sound good, but they are supposed to occur before the Geula. It's very easy for a large planet to block the light of the sun. These planets bring extreme weather and I feel this is what Hashem is using to bring about what the Nevi'im foresaw.
I would love to be able to tell you that this is the year, because that is how I feel. But what if it doesn't happen this year? Don't know, and I can only hope and pray just like everyone else.
I think its more like astronomy vs. astrology. I hope to relay about the halo's to someone who's often outdoors (if i remember, and can get a word in edgewise, as there's usually distractions). What i've not read in the longest time, are about crop-circles.

I can't even remember where I saw it but I think it showed a rogue planet, then the sun, then earth. At least that's how someone had described it.
