One of the conditions during the time immediately before Moshiach is that the pious will be despised. We might have seen that in various places, but we've never seen it quite like it has become now, since the events at Crown Heights at the main Lubavitch Shul - 770.
The fall-out from this is so immense. The anti-Semitism has rocketed up to the top of the scale, there are countless memes all over the place, it's gone viral in the worst way.
It's obvious this is part of the Geula process. There is no other way to look at this, it's just fulfilling the words of the prophecy set out here: Ikvot Moshiach: The Time Immediately Before Moshiach.
Some other hints include the fact that it occurred Rosh Chodesh Shevat :

We are currently experiencing a Yerida l'tzorich Aliyah. A descent for the purpose of ascent. The lower the descent, the higher the potential ascent.

Is it best for anyone not to come visit Eretz Yisrael now that we are in the final 3 months of the Moshiach pregnancy (ibur) according to Ari Goldwag’s incredible calculation? Does the end, which is now, make it more likely for a war to erupt with hezbollah and iran, causing more suffering throughout Eretz Yisrael, and causing the airport to close, leaving people stranded, again?
Or, is it the opposite, now is more of a time of G-dly revelation and the war will likely not be expanding in Eretz Yisrael?

Chalila, there is a real possibility of war from the north. And you should be in Israel to greet Moshiach. You should also want Moshiach to come today, regardless of anyone's predictions.
Hash-m directly supervises events in Israel, as opposed to doing so through malachim in chutz laAretz. This is the best place for a Jew to be. And I personally wouldn't want to be anywhere else at this point in history. What's so safe about America, Europe. etc.? If something is meant to happen to a person, Hash-m can make it happen anywhere. Hash-m is our only source of protection. TC

It's an excellent time to come home to Eretz Yisrael, especially to the north where we have geshem and beautiful, green hills. Har Hermon is covered with snow, no skiing though right now. Chabad, with all their PR wisdom, really messed this one up. They were so hasty to put out a statement to deflect any negative coverage or opinion, that they failed to explain exactly what happened. So, they left the door open for all of what we now see floating all around the world. But, as you say, this is another sign that all is going according to the plans of Hashem because if you look at what's happening today, none of it makes sense. Singing about destroying Amalek has now become a call to genocide!

Speaking to a lot of people over Shabbos that don’t follow any Geulah news and aren’t familiar with any nevuos from the torah and they don’t see that Moshiach has to be close. It’s unbelievable how ignorant so many are. I can not blame them, as not everyone knows much about Moshiach as they should. Also, without even looking at any prophecies. Just looking at current events and how the world can not continue this way much longer is obvious enough proof to anyone thinking straight that Moshiach’s arrival has to be very close!
