4.00pm, the rav is not telling anyone to leave Israel. Someone had to go on a trip abroad and he told her to be back before next Sunday evening, and it should probably be ok. Someone else had a story ... the rav told him not to return to the north until after Pesach. Senior army officials said that only tfillot and nisim will save us.
When a tsadik sees something it is correct at that moment in time. Our actions affect and Be"D sweeten judgements. In particular, no-one can say when and how the geula shleima will unfold.
We are beyond all calculations and predictions and signs. Kedoshei Yisrael have said what must be done. Tshuva and tsedaka etc goes without saying. What they ask of us is tsaaka, for malchut Hashem, malchut melech moshiach tsidkeinu and bniyat beit hamikdash. The Yanuka speaks about this often. And aliya. Whether it is a question of can't or won't, all Jews must put their minds to it. Regardless of circumstances, nothing is preventing anyone from thinking and davening about it. Rav Dov Kook shlita wrote a long letter about it. Wherever you are do not expect your government to be there for you. Look at all these world leaders weighing in, delulu from Brazil, even Prince William who is supposed to be apolitical, 26 EU countries calling for Israel's capitulation, the US no longer makes a pretense of supporting Israel, the UN is openly Hamas, etc, etc. There may be a few places left like India and Hungary (https://www.hungarianconservative.com/articles/opinion/israel_hungary_history_hungarian-jews_lessons_haven_allies_friends/) but there aren't many Jews in those countries. The countries with most of the Jews are at various stages of spiralling out of control.
tldr: predictions and waiting for signs etc are irrelevant. The only question is what am I doing to bring the geula today, in accordance with advice from Gedolei Yisrael.

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked. "Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad." "How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice. "You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

Scary, could you give a little hint as to what it is about.
I type what you gave, cannot fathom. Is it religious or something else?
Thanks.

Basically Rabbi (mekubal) telling people to to leave Israel, he expects war in North to start, then it will be complicated going back to Israel
He's saying if you're leaving Israel, return before Monday. TC
