There is a famous story about Rabbi Akiva and foxes on the Temple Mount. Tisha b'Av there was a fox on the Temple Mount... see this one minute video BREAKING NEWS: END TIME PROPHECY JUST HAPPENED - TISHA B'AV | MESSIAH IS NEAR https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5egbzFMGbc&t=25s
What not is TODAY. Moshiach can come today. Moshiach can come the day after Tisha B’av. Moshiach can come 4 days after Tisha B’Av. Achake Lo B’Chol Yom Sheyavo! There is no rule that Moshiach can only come on Tisha B’Av.
I believe Rabbi Hool stated that מוצאי שביעית is supposed to start on Tisha B'Av 2023 upon which you count 3.5 years (to Purim of 13th Adar 2027) and which is supposed to correspond with Zohar which states that תחית המתים for tzadikim is supposed to start 214 years before 6000.
...or alternatively, R'Hool stated that if 3.5 years first =starts= on Tisha B'av 2027, then Moshiach comes Pesach 2030.
I'm unclear on what the 3.5 year calculation (prior-or-after 2027) is all about. Ditto as to why he seems to say 1335 days is 3.5 years? (Isn't 365 x 3.5 = 1277.5?)
On a tangent, is Moshiach supposed to have been born on Tisha B'Av? Because an article in Mishpacha mag. states the Yanuka was born 15 Iyar. I'm just mentioning that because some people have speculated Yanuka is Moshiach. M.M.
The trouble with calculations is that (1) they can be wrong and (2) people wait for that date. Re: Moshiach born on 9 Av... doesn't necessarily means that's his actual day of birth. More like his day of appearance as Moshiach, I think. I personally don't think the Yanuka is Moshiach anyway... he could be Eliyahu haNavi... teaching us the Torah and ready to announce Moshiach... who knows?

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked. "Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad." "How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice. "You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

Just keep looking to HASHEM..
Stop trying to predict, Hashem will do whatever HASHEM wants to.
